This gel compress supports recovery after childbirth. Used cold, it relieves swelling, perineal pain, and hemorrhoids; used warm, it reduces abdominal pain and uterine cramps. Includes a soft, washable protective cover.

Cold use

Cold therapy reduces swelling and sensitivity. Suitable for perineal tears, postpartum swelling, C-section recovery, hemorrhoids, and a sensitive intimate area.

Warm use

Heat relaxes muscles and stimulates blood circulation. Suitable for uterine cramps, abdominal pain, menstrual cramps, and muscle tension.

Heating and cooling

  • First, remove the cover
  • Microwave 600 W: 25 seconds
  • Microwave 385 W: 40 seconds
  • Or a hot water bath: 3 minutes at 80 °C
  • Cooling: approximately 2 hours in the freezer
