When will my order be delivered?

Order on a weekday before 17:00 and we ship the same day. In the Netherlands PostNL delivers your parcel the next day, Saturdays included. In Belgium it takes 1–2 working days. The delivery time is always shown with the product as well.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free from € 25; below that you pay € 4.95. Shipping to Belgium costs € 6.95; from € 50 shipping to Belgium is free.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, no reason needed. Email us your order number and we will send you a return label. Return costs are € 6.95 (from Belgium € 9.95) and are deducted from your refund. Read the full return policy.

How do I wash a baby nest or bed bumper?

In the washing machine at 30 °C on the delicate programme, spinning at a low speed. Not in the tumble dryer: lay it flat to dry.

How do I use a baby nest safely?

During the day, on a flat and firm surface such as the floor or in the playpen, and always supervised. Not in bed or on the sofa, and not at night. Stop using the baby nest as soon as your baby starts to roll over.
