Shipping and delivery times
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: € 4.95 per order, free on orders from € 25
- Belgium: € 6.95 per order, free on orders from € 50
Delivery times
Orders placed on working days before 5:00 pm are shipped the same day. In the Netherlands your parcel is usually delivered by PostNL the next working day. Delivery to Belgium generally takes one working day longer.
Shipping confirmation and Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you automatically receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your parcel.
Not at home?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will try your neighbours or take the parcel to a PostNL collection point. PostNL will notify you automatically.
Returns
Would you like to return your order? Please read our return policy. The return costs are € 6.95 per order from the Netherlands and € 9.95 from Belgium, and are deducted from your refund.
