Returns and right of withdrawal

This policy applies to orders placed in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Register a return

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day after you — or someone you have designated — received the last item of the order.

How to withdraw from your order

  1. Register your return within 14 days via our return form. You enter your order number there and tick which items are going back.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your notification and send you a return label with instructions.
  3. Return the items within 14 days of your notification to: ESKA Fulfilment, Elzenweg 15, 5144 MB Waalwijk, the Netherlands.

Return costs: € 6.95 (Belgium € 9.95)

The direct cost of returning the goods is yours to bear and amounts to € 6.95 per order from the Netherlands and € 9.95 per order from Belgium. We send you a return label and deduct this amount from your refund — so you do not have to pay anything in advance.

You are not obliged to use our return label. Would you rather choose your own carrier? Then send the items back at your own expense to the address above; in that case we do not charge you any return costs. Keep the proof of postage, as that is how you show you returned the items in time.

Unpacking and inspecting

You may unpack the item and inspect it as you would in a shop. If you go further than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, we may deduct the resulting loss of value from your refund. Please handle the item with care and keep the original packaging and labels where possible.

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait to do so until we have received the items, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned them — whichever happens first.

The refund covers the purchase price and the standard delivery costs of the original shipment. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery, we will refund the amount of the standard delivery. The return costs (€ 6.95 from the Netherlands, € 9.95 from Belgium) are deducted.

We refund you using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge you any fee for this. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need a few more days to credit the amount.

Items excluded from withdrawal

  • Sealed items relating to hygiene or health protection whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
  • Gift cards.

Damage, defects and incorrect delivery

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Is an item damaged or defective, or is the delivery incorrect? Contact us at info@eskafulfilment.nl. In addition to the right of withdrawal, you have the statutory rights that apply when an item does not conform to the contract; those rights remain fully in force.
