These gel breast pads provide relief during breastfeeding. Used warm, they stimulate milk flow; used cold, they reduce swelling, pain, and engorgement.

Warm use

Warmth helps initiate milk flow and relaxes tense milk ducts. Useful before feeding or pumping.

Cold use

Cooling reduces pain, swelling, and tenderness — for engorgement, swollen or irritated breasts, and discomfort after feeding.

Comfortable fit

The gel beads remain flexible after heating and cooling, allowing the pads to conform to the breast and retain temperature longer. The soft textile side feels pleasant on the skin. The opening in the middle also allows them to be used around a breast pump.

Heating and cooling

  • Microwave 600 W: 25 seconds
  • Microwave 385 W: 40 seconds
  • Cooling: approximately 2 hours in the freezer

Distribute the gel beads evenly before heating.
